In fact, both promising students suddenly become Sith, and instead of a triumphant return, they attack the Republic from within. They are accompanied by thousands of soldiers and Dark Jedi, whose existence came as a surprise to everyone. Times are falling again in the Republic. The peaceful systems came under the brutal rule of the Sith, searching for the remaining Jedi and trying to kill them. Against this background, many weak-willed Jedi betray the light side, and join the new Dark Lord Revan.

The player finds himself on one of the battleships of the Republic, attacked by the Sith on the way to a distant star system. Thus begins the long adventure of the hero, who never dreamed of heroism and did not suspect that he would be able to stop the raging war and the Sith themselves. In addition to the gameplay, the plot is also presented with the help of spectacular animation scenes, which in some cases alternate with in-game animations and largely imitate the style of the original trilogy (for example, Darth Malak's performance on the bridge of a Sith ship).

Star Wars: Knights Of The Old Republic is one of the best RPG games released on Mac OS. It's challenging, fantastically large, funny, addicting, full of plot twists and, of course, gameplay fun.
