Modes

Classic competitive - two teams, consisting of five players, fight face to face in a game of thirty rounds. You can win the round either by destroying the opposing team, or by installing and detonating a bomb (for terrorists), or by defusing a bomb (for counter terrorists). The team with sixteen points (won rounds) wins the game. After fifteen rounds, a short break follows, during which the teams change roles (terrorists and counter-terrorists).

Classic casual is very similar to a competitive one, with only a few differences: in normal mode, the team size increases to ten people on each side, the economic system is far from strict (players have a lot of money to buy equipment), and the game ends after one of the parties will win eight rounds.

Deathmatch - a match in this game mode for Mac OS lasts 10 minutes, you need to score as many points as possible. Points are awarded for killing or assisting in killing an enemy.

Arms race - here the player needs to achieve two kills with each type of weapon in order to go to the next level.
