Dragon Age II is a continuation of the cult RPG Dragon Age: Origins. The plot of the game on Mac OS covers 10 years of world history in which you have to take the role of Hawke - a poor, but extremely ambitious refugee, who left his hometown with his family in order to escape from the plague.

The narration is quite unusual and talks about the formation of Hawke hero of the city of Kirkwall. The whole game is the memories of a gnome named Warrick, who at one time was a companion of the protagonist. The separation between them is quite strong. For example, a mage will not be able to pick up a bow, and a warrior will use paired weapons until the player’s personal parameters correspond to the required class.

Most distinguished is the new combat system, which is characterized by greater dynamics. Enemies are many, and the battles themselves are quick, but very interesting. You are literally bombarded with enemies from head to toe. All that remains for you is to have time to cast a spell on time or to carry out a combat technique.

With each of your companions, you play as a man or a woman, there is an opportunity to start a relationship. You can also get the location of partners by completing their instructions as you progress in story quests. In their free time, they will not let you get bored with their countless stories, skirmishes and just talking.

Most of the action takes place within the walls of the impressive size of the city. It is not uncommon for cases when you have to go down into a gloomy dungeon to complete a task and risk your life in the fight against monsters.
