X3 Terran Conflict is a Mac OS space simulator developed by EgoSoft and published by Deep Silver. The game is an updated and maximally expanded version of X3: Reunion, thanks to the materials used from the X-Tended modification. The project was released in 2008.

At the time of release, the project was version 1.0.1. In this form, he entered online stores. Later, patch 1.2 was released, which added a new mission, improved gameplay and fixed most of the bugs. In versions 1.3, 1.4 and 2.0, the Aldrin campaign was added and the gameplay changed. Update 2.1 improved performance and added a treasure hunt mission. Versions up to 3.0 fixed all sorts of errors, after which there was an update in terms of modes, now the players become available to the "Died - So Died" mode, which is present in the Steam version. Bugs were fixed in subsequent updates. Version 2.7.1 is the most complete.

The most global modification is X3: Time Of The Truth. In it, the player is provided with 2 additional races, sectors, ships and a lot of everything else.
