MDK Free Full Version on Macbook
MDK is an old-school 3-person shooter. The name of the game on Mac OS is deciphered in several ways: Max, Dr. Fluke Hawkins and Kurt (the earlier name of the game, which was subsequently shortened to three letters), Mission: Delivering Kindness (the name of the operation), etc.
The gameplay is almost no different from the classic third-person shooters. The player's main weapon is a module that can be worn both on the head and on the arm. In the first case, the weapon is a sniper rifle with 6 rounds, in the second - a machine gun with infinite ammunition. As in other games of the old school, the character can pick up various bonuses: acceleration of movement, shooting, invulnerability, etc. Another similarity is the huge number of opponents, like Serious Sam and Doom.
Sometimes there are quests at the beginning and end of levels. Kurt must capture a bomber, snowboard down an incline, or perform other similar tasks.
Each level is divided into a kind of arenas for battling alien invaders. The options for passing each section are individual. On some you have to go in for a parachute flight to go further, on others - to destroy the generators of enemies or solve a puzzle. Prior to the release of the patch, it was impossible to save anywhere in the location. That is, if the player dies, you will have to start passing the entire level from the very beginning.
There are really a lot of opponents. They can attack from the air, use armored vehicles and multiply from generators until the latter are destroyed by the character. Usually, the enemy attacks in decent numbers, so the user will hardly relax during the alien attack.
After fighting the boss, the protagonist is sucked into a stream of energy with debris. They should be feared, because contact with the edges of the stream and other objects removes 5 units of health. The character will fly until Max picks him up on the Jim Dandy. Likewise, with the entrance to the next location, when descending, you should avoid the green beam and, if possible, collect dropped weapons from the ship before landing.
The protagonist of MDK for Mac OS - Fluke Hawkins, the creator of absolutely useless things, made the discovery - Flange Orbits. Having told about this, the society makes fun of him and does not believe in what was said.
To confirm the existence of his contribution to science, the inventor goes into space, taking with him a cleaner, Kurt Hecktik, as his assistants. Realizing that his discovery was not, Flyuk vowed that he would not return until he invented something truly worthwhile. Later, a cyberdog named Max was created.
Noticing the unusual phenomenon of energy currents directed towards Earth, Hawkins contacts scientists to warn them of a disaster. As expected, they did not believe him. When the alien invaders began to "level" the surface of the earth and pump out resources, the doctor creates a special armor to save the planet. The circumstances are such that the janitor will have to become a hero. Hektik reluctantly goes to one of the machines to stop the invasion and destroy the leader of the aliens - Gunther Glath.
