The developing depression pushed Fuminori further and further into thoughts of suicide.

One night, while in the hospital, he wakes up and meets the man who will forever change his already strange life - Sayu - a fragile, petite, beautiful girl. She is the first person the hero meets after the side effects of the operation. During their nightly conversations, Fuminori learns that Saya is hiding in the hospital, wanting to find her father, who worked here and is missing. Fascinated by the beauty of Sai, Fuminori offers her help in her search, and then a life together. Saya reluctantly refuses at first, but eventually moves to Fuminori's house and becomes even closer to the young man.

In total, Saya no Uta for Mac OS offers three different endings, depending on the choices in certain chapters. No ending is neutral. Each is uniquely depressing and leaves you in deep contemplation for a long time. As mentioned at the beginning, this novel is not meant for people with mental weaknesses.
